Our core values are the fundamental beliefs and guiding principles that shape CUBE’s identity. These values act as a unifying force and provide a sense of direction.

Integrity

Integrity is listed first intentionally among our six core values because we believe if you don’t have Integrity, none of the other core values matter. The expected model behaviour for all that work at CEL comprises of the following tenets of integrity;

Quality

Quality cannot be brought in only through inspections or audits, it should be built into the systems. Building Quality into the systems is a prerequisite for excellence, Quality cannot be “added later.” CEL Quality Management Systems ensure that every aspect of CEL’s work imbibes quality standards throughout the its lifecycle. At CEL, the Core Value of Quality is organized around twelve specific aspects – Organization, Personnel, Equipment, Purchases & Inventory, Process Control, Information Management, Documents & Records, Occurrence Management, Assessment & Feedback, Process Improvement, Customer Service, Facilities & Safety.

Accuracy

Accuracy is a particularly important Core Value because it is foundational to the quality of laboratory measurements. Accuracy invokes an image of something that is correct, reliable and trustworthy. At CEL Accuracy is a function of “Trueness” that involves decreasing systematic errors and “Precision” that involves decreasing random errors, therefore decreasing systemic errors and uncertainties and operating at high levels of Accuracy
